Terms & Conditions – Repairs & Bookings

EV Fast Cars Ltd provides vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Bookings

 

All bookings are subject to availability. Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

 

2. Prices & Labour Charges

 

All prices displayed on our website or provided at the time of booking refer to labour and service costs only.
Parts, components, fluids, and additional materials are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any required parts will be quoted separately and added to the final invoice once approved by the customer.

 

3. Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis

Any diagnosis provided is based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Additional faults or required parts may be identified during the repair process. Customers will be informed and approval will be requested before any further work or parts are supplied.

 

4. Estimates & Authorisation

 

All estimates are provided in good faith and are based on labour charges only unless stated otherwise. Final costs may vary depending on parts availability, condition of the vehicle, and additional labour required. No additional work will be carried out without customer authorisation.

 

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

We kindly request that cancellations or changes to bookings are made in advance. Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

6. Parts & Warranty

 

Parts supplied and fitted are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or external factors.

 

7. Payment

 

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance. Vehicles may be retained until full payment, including labour and parts, has been received.

 

8. Liability

 

EV Fast Cars Ltd accepts no responsibility for pre-existing faults or damage not related to the work carried out. All services are performed with reasonable care and professional standards.

 

9. Acceptance

 

By booking an appointment or using our services, you confirm that you understand and agree that displayed prices apply to labour only, and that parts are charged separately, unless stated otherwise.
